End User License Agreement

iModelle.com, hereafter refers to iModelle, is protected by copyrights and trademarks (collectively, "Intellectual Property Rights"). By visiting this site and thereby accepting the Terms of Service, you agree not to copy, republish, download, distribute, or reverse engineer the Site.

The terms and conditions set forth herein (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between iModelle and you ("You" or "Your") regarding the terms on which iModelle offers You access to its Website and Service. Your use of the Website or Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

DEFINITIONS

1. "User Content(s)" refers to anything published at iModelle by Member, including but not limited to, models, textures, plug-ins, motion files, materials, scripts, code, tutorials.

2. "VIP Product(s)" refers to anything published at iModelle by iModelle itself.

3. "Member" refers to any individual who creates an user account at iModelle.

4. "Seller" refers to any individual or business who publishes Content at iModelle.

5. "Services" means all services and resources offered or enabled by iModelle.

6. "For Sale" includes all Content that requires a purchase of license rights.

7. "For free" includes all Content that does not require a purchase, available for free download for all Member.

OWNERSHIP
For all of the Contents that Seller published, Seller will retain all copyright control and ownership. iModelle respects the rights of Seller and will not grant any rights that extend beyond those already granted by the Seller. While Seller retains copyright control of published Contents. Seller grants iModelle a limited license to use published Content for marketing or promotional purposes.

Member who bought or downloaded Content from iModelle can not resell or copy it to a third-party.

Member who bought or downloaded Content from iModelle:

can sell/resell rendered , moving or still, images, animations, etc.

can publish Content in a book, poster, etc.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
iModelle will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the account of Member who infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of others. iModelle will investigate notices of copyright infringement and take appropriate actions.
